Flexible service packages can be pre-selected and priced based on resident profiles and competitive market conditions. Installation Incentive programs can be introduced to convert existing residents or tenants. Web site development and hosting can be provided for the Developer, Management Company, Property and for the Home Owner’s Association.

Revenue Sharing:

Florida Multi-Media is the only Telecommunications and Broadband Company that will give a percentage of the sales back to the Developers or Management Company. The revenue that is shared comes from sales within the community, outside the contract.
